Switching to skilled worker (ILR effect?)

Post by sachinis100 » Wed May 10, 2023 11:17 am

Hi,

I need your valuble input on below.

i'm currently on skilled worker visa and eligible to apply ILR in feb 2024.

1. i've recently got new job and employer is sponsoring me new visa, i wanted to know will there any issue in applying ILR with new employer being in employment for just 9 months?

2. I know that dependents dont need to be added to main applicant until their current visa expires. My dependents are currently out of country will their be any issue for them to enter UK if i change my employer inside UK?
