Hi All

Expected issue date April 26
Printing passport- yesterday April 28th. So 2 days after expected date. “Printing” is the current status. I expect dispatch Tuesday after bank holiday Monday has gone by.

Dang, expected printing date of April 27th for me but status is still "Processing Application" as of this morning. If they had issues or needed additional documents they would email me or it would show that on the status page yes?

My expected issue date is also 27th April with the tracking showing "Processing Application".

Really hoping for some update soon. I contacted the live chat and they basically refused to give me any info on whether there was any problem with my application. Don't know whether the guy would have had access to my case notes or just didn't want to. Anyway for me the live chat was a complete waste of time.

Well good news on my end here, passport was printed yesterday and marked as dispatched today! They are also printing the card as well.

Does anyone know if they provide tracking information for the post? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Yay!

yeah they provide tracking number separately for the passport and the card. Not sure if they provide tracking number for return of the documents post thou.

Where/when should I see this tracking number? I don't have it anywhere on my tracking page even though they show my passport as dispatched.

It will show on your tracking page eventually when they update it.

I got my passport book and my passport card was dispatched on Sunday but tracking number still doesn’t return any info on Anpost website. Did anyone else any similar issue?

I still don't even have a tracking number and mine was dispatched sunday as well. Odd.

For what it's worth I was able to call passport services and they provided me with the tracking number for both my passport Book and Card. The card never updated as dispatched on my passport tracking page (even though it is) and they never added my tracking numbers. If that's the case for someone else just use the webchat or give them a call.

I guess this is the last step here...waiting for them to arrive! I'm excited.

How long after the passport arriving do they send your original documents back? I sent my actual US Passport so I'm anxious to get that back.

My status on the passport tracker has not been updated for 2 days - last update May 9th. Any idea what this is about? I believe it usually updates daily. Thanks!

My passport documents were delivered by a post on the 10th may. The passport tracking system hasn't updated yet, at least I don't think so. On the 9th I have this message

We have received your application. You must submit your supporting documents to proceed with the application

I'm guessing this isn't the confirmation of application received from their side?

That means they have your online application and are waiting for the physical documents. It takes a couple of days to update the tracker.

It took 3-business days once my documents were marked as delivered by AnPost, for them to show up in the passport tracking system

Same for me. They're slow sometimes, be patient and it'll update eventually.

No update for me either since Tuesday. It normally updates daily after 5pm.

Thanks guys that explains why I haven't got confirmation of receipt yet. I'm guessing the latest alert/stage updates each day. June shoes 3 days ago the request for documents still. Feel a bit more relaxed now

It's not necessarily stuck in customs; sometimes they just don't scan it and it's on it's way until the next time it gets scanned.

Today my status progressed from “We are verifying your documents” to “Your application is being processed”. Can I infer from this that my documents have been accepted and will not need to submit additional documents?
