We don't know.Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 3:39 pm1- Is it possible that I get invited to June 2023 ceremony if I have received E vetting today?
I think you can certainly take your time to delay eVetting past ceremony; if it's a paper form, fill it our and send it back soon enough and if it's an online invitation, linger for 2-3 weeks (the invitation is valid for 30 days, as stated in the email), as eVetting process takes about a week and a half - 2 weeks to be completed, so you won't be making it in time.Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 3:39 pm2- Should I wait for few days to fill E Vetting. Do I have few days to fill it or does it need to be done very urgently? I am hoping if I fill it end of may 2023, it will be unlikely that I get invited for June ceremony?
You wait.
Next step is approval. It might take a while (and if they take long enough, they might ask you to do eVetting again as it expires after a while), but that's the usual flow.Dodi412 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 4:49 pmThanks for your reply. In my case I don’t have to pay as it’s free. So should i get the approval straight after,
Actually nothing regarding evetting validation says about in email. It only says that delaying evetting can delay your application. I never got the paper form. Just got email invite for evetting today. Do we have option to delay the payment? How many days can be delay it for?White_Pearl wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 4:16 pmEven if you get approved before the cermony of june, just delay the payment… then you wont get the invitation, but most likely if you will do the vetting now, until then the vetting results wont be even in… takes abt 2/3 weeks.

Is it from citizenshipinfo@justice.ie or evetting.donotreply@garda.ie?Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 6:15 pmActually nothing regarding evetting validation says about in email. They are doing it online instead of a paper form.Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 6:32 pmIt’s from citizenshipinfo@justice.ie but there is a link there which is taking me to ISD website. And the email also says to click this link to fill in Garda e vetting online form.
Looks like they have changed the procedure?
This application will expire in 30 days or on XX/XX/2023.
Yes. Don't delay it until the last day for safety sake, though.Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 6:41 pmOk. Thanks. So if I understand correctly
Once I fill the current form then I’ll get Garda e vetting after few days. And I’ll also have expiry date for the Garda e vetting so I can delay it till that ?
Usually by letter, as far as I've seen. They might be moving to changing it now, like they did with eVetting, but we can't predict that.Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 6:41 pmAlso do you know after the vetting, does the payment notification comes in a letter or email?
found out that the evetting invitation email from CITIZENSHIPINFO@JUSTICE.IE in the SPAM folder,Blessings123 wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 6:15 pmActually nothing regarding evetting validation says about in email. which was received on 17 of May luckily I found out today 24 May
filled out in inisonline.jahs.ie(name,dob,address,passport number, application and id number, uploaded bio page of passport)
what next do they ask regarding evetting?
So no name or application ref listed in her email too?
Yes, that's the legitimate email.pal80uk wrote: ↑Tue Jun 13, 2023 9:37 amHi
I also received email from citizenshipinfo@justice.ie in my spam folder but without any reference to my name or reference.
I'm my situation I applied with parents and used same email address and was expecting 3 separate emails for each one of us.
I'm not sure if they did send other emails too, as I was not checking spam folder earlier and only recently checked and found below email.
As there is no name etc I also wonder if its indeed a spam mail? Did others receive same generic email for evetting too also it says team CMUB? Screenshot below:

Hi Allpal80uk wrote: ↑Tue Jun 13, 2023 11:05 amSo no name or application ref listed in her email too?
I'm my situation ihv emailed them to confirm if thy also emailed previously in the past as well, as older spam emails are now deleted and no way to retrieve them.
I'm not sure if I should complete evetting for everyone or wait until I get maybe remaining reminder emails too, by regularly monitoring my spam folder too.
On evetting website it actually says don't complete evetting if not invited to do so.
Really confused as its been 2weeks and no response from them either to clarify.
What email did you use?
They might just not take it into account.
Not necessarily - they've started to do online eVetting in batches very recently; I got a request for eVetting via post back in March.
Email citizenshipvetting, if you haven't already, explaining the situation and either sending separate emails for three of you or asking who has to fill it (or both).
