how to reapply?

I am reapplying for EC...This time I want to show more funds...Kindly tell me if I increase my funds...what reasons should I give them...
1) I have sold some assets
2) I have taken money from friends, relatives....

kindly suggest any good reason...as both seems to have merits / demerits....

What are the chances of getting thru in Reapplying?
