PBS Tier1 DEPENDANT VISA .. DOUBTS IN APPLICATION FORM

Hi guys...

I am currently on HSMP (post Dec 2006) and is due for extension under tier 1 general by end of january.

I have a query regarding the Dependant form for my wife, which we are planning to send along with my application. We are applying from within UK..

Confusion arises in page 25 of the Dependant form..

Section 4..

H2. I assume I have to say no as I am only making the application at the same time.

The real confusion is in H5...

H5. I have to opt for 'extension of his/her existing leave' (which is hsmp)..

Then it directs me to go to section K skipping J which means I wont have to show funds for maintenance for dependant.

Sounds a bit wrong to me.. Any ideas my dear friends? Plz help...

hi mates...

1) do we need to draft 2 seperate covering letters for main app and dependant?

2) in support of dependants application do we need any documents other than 'maintenance fund proof'? i mean do we need to send marriage certificate again or even any proof of living together.. provided spouse had initial entry clearance as dependant spouse of the same main applicant..

suggestions will be very much appreciated in this extremely stressful period...
