Consent form for ILR - Dependant applying

Hi folks,

I am filling in the SET(O) forms for my wife's ILR application. we are applying based on completing 5 years on Tier 2 dependent/ Skilled worker dependent visa.
I have a question regarding the 3 part consent form that we have to provide.

I understand that Part 1 has to be signed by the applicant.
Part 2 is to be signed by the joint account holders (if applies)

what about the part 3 please ? the title says : Consent for the home office to verify information from third party sponsor.

is it going to be me as she is my dependent ?

Part 3 not required in your circumstances. 3rd party refers to someone other than you two.
