Visit Visa completed but no decision made

Hi Experts,

I need some professional advise.

I have applied for my parents visit visa from Hyderabad, India. As usual we have received email/text saying application processed and completed. My parents received two different envelops for each of their passport.

Visa is not stamped, Also we have not received any refusal letter.

We don't know what happened ??

We ask VFS, they are saying check online on Govt website.

I paid £2.50 to raise a query from outside of UK to ask for the status from UKVI.

received a reply saying a decision is made but they cannot reveal the outcome on email or phone.

So, How i am going to know this decision ???

They could either didn't get the letter in there or forgot to attach the visa (rarely but may happen). Come to VFS with UKVI letter saying they can't reveal the outcome (I'm assuming they mention returning to VFS) and see what they can do I'd say.

No, All they mentioned in the response to my query that I have to wait for 10 days before contacting them again if I don't get the decision from the date of my passport received.

This might sound like a silly request but ask your parents to check every page carefully.

Sometimes the vignette is glued on one of the last pages or stuck between two of them. Our parents can be miss that.
