Pre-settled status and more absences than allowed

My wife (she is non-EU) got pre-settled status and BRC in 2019 based on marriage with me (EU citizen). She had one big absence in 2021 (a little bit less than 1 year, because of important reason - childbirth), but also she was outside the UK for around 185 days in 12 month period in 2022-23. I couldn't find any information about when absences are just a little bit above the limit. Will it be something that can be forgiven by HO when she applies for settled status?
As for me, me and our son have full settled status (I also got naturalised just recently).
