Rental Agreement for Dependent visa

Hi,

I have a question about dependent visa.
I am in Ireland, I don't have rental agreement in my name (I m in sublet). My Spouse need to apply for dependent visa from India. Is rental agreement mandatory? or can I just provide utility bill?

Is there any way that you can get a sworn affidavit done, either from you explaining the sublet situation with attachment of the monthly payments, or from the individual who sublet the place to you, with attachment(s) the proof of receipt of payment from yourself?
