From the date of entry into the UK. She can submit a FLR(M) application any when from 28 days prior to completing 30 months of residence up to the expiry date of her current BRP.AGM23 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 19, 2023 3:38 pmHi all,
My wife is already in UK on spouse visa, she arrived on 10th April 2022, on her BRP it says date of issue 07-02-2022 and Valid until 08-11-24, Question is when does she need to apply for extension exactly? I am assuming 28 days before 08-11-24? is this correct?
Or do i need to calculate 30 months when she first arrived on 10th April?
Appreciate if someone can clarify?
Thanks
Based on the dates you supplied, this is incorrect. And there is no requirement to have completed 30 months before applying.
This also is incorrect. Check your calculations.and if she applies based on date of arrival her BRP would have been expired couple of months earlier? hence the confusion.
Thanks
