Getting in touch with ILR Set M team

Post by Moki36 » Sat Jun 10, 2023 10:03 am

Dear friends

I applied for my ILR Set M as below

Applied for ILR Route: Set (M) 5 years
Application Type: Standard
Application submitted online: 16/04/23
Supporting documents submitted: 19/04/23
Biometrics appointment: 19/04/23
Approval Received: Awaiting
BRP Card Received: Awaiting

I appreciate it could take up to 6 months but now my mother needs to have surgery by end of June and I have evidence to present to try and get a decision as soon as possible so that I may fly back to her.

Is there any mechanism for sending these? And email address perhaps?

Is there any way I can pay for priority and get a decision that way? Any advise / options appreciated

There is no way to expedite an application or upgrade it to a priority one

Set M application timeline slowdown

Post by Moki36 » Tue Jun 20, 2023 7:43 pm

Hi

I didn’t want to post on the timeline thread because it gets deleted

Have you noticed a slowdown in processing? Is this normal because of student visas?

Anyone applied in April and waiting?

There is no uniform experience when it comes to getting a visa or ILR. Student visa teams very likely do not deal with ILR applications. Each application is unique so some get it within a week and some might get it in 6 months' time. Experiences of others do not reflect much on your case :!: Wait to hear back
