we are running a convenience store sine October 2021 under limited company.
we are planning to apply sponsor licence do we qualify under this kind of business to sponsor someone from uk?
if yes what are the requirement for employer can i do this myself?
how much will it cost us?

Under SOC 7130 you have Shop Supervisor for retail, SOC 1190 for shop Manager (charitable org), SOC 1223 for shop Manager (take away food shop), SOC 1254 shopkeeper wholesale and retail,

It might be hard to prove that you can't find anyone in the UK who is already settled to do the job.
