M confused as I did reas sopra steria website that documents should be scan in greyscle or black and white . But I uploaded all documents in color .

Should I upload again in black and white scanning ??

I found only once declaration form this time will be signed by spouse . As I remembered when we had extension last time . We signed three different declaration forms.
So this time for set m ilr is only a declaration form will be signed by spouse/partner or I m missing something.

I passed my life in the UK test last year and I have passed reference number sent by test centre .

Today I was trying to open my account but unable to opened as its shows account is locked .
Do I need to call.them or let it be as I put reference number on my application already .

Even I am only seeing 1 declaration. Maybe it is different to extension visa.
