Using previous English Language proficiency proof for Citizenship application

Post by gag285 » Fri Jun 30, 2023 11:31 am

I am applying for naturalisation. I previously got ILR in Dec 2020 Tier 2 General route (5 years completion). At the time of the ILR application my employer's solicitors used just my degree (from India) as proof of English proficiency on the basis that it was previously accepted in that category. I had no NARIC aquals etc. as the solicitors argued this was not required. There was no problem in receiving ILR. Will I be able to use the same degree and without NARIC aquals for a naturalisation application or should I get the NARIC certificates in addition.
