Spouse Visa India - Unable to see Priority Option

Hello Everyone,

I currently possess an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) status and I am currently in the process of applying for a spouse visa for my wife, who is in India.

Here are the steps we have completed so far:

Step 1: Completed the application form in its entirety.

Step 2: Paid the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) fee.

Step 3: We have reached a stage where we need to select a service on the visas-immigration.service.gov.uk website. However, we are only being presented with the option of the "Standard service." This option requires a payment of 166,862.00 INR in total, and most people receive a decision within 12 weeks after attending their biometrics appointment."

Our question is: We are unable to find the Priority or Super Priority option at this stage of the application. Could you please provide some guidance?

Online Application - Why there is no Super Priority Service Option ?

There is no guarantee you will get priority service and it is very much in demand.

This is usually not available directly from UKVI for applications from outside the UK.

It can usually be purchased at the VAC as an added service. Visit the VFS Global website for details.
