psw special deliery

Post by ci07jjs » Tue Dec 09, 2008 10:27 am

Hi,

I am going to be applying for the PSW visa today. How do the homeoffice return the passport? do they use special delivery?

or is it best I send a pre-paid registered post envelope along with my application to guarntee a timely delivery back to me?

Many thanks

Thanks.

I was just wondering if anyone has applied for psw visa recently? what is the current status of processing time with the homeoffice for this category?

Thanks.

9 weeks?! bit frightened to hear that.

Reason being I am working on a temporary contract till end of january and the company condition to extend my contract is based on my PSW is received before end of january.

I understand that I am allowed to work 4 months on my student visa. That 4 months would have finished exactly at the end of january. Assuming my PSW visa is delayed beyond end of january and my company is allowing me to work. would this be legal to do so?

Many thanks
