Pls help pending ILR application

Hi guys,

Hope you're well.

I submitted my wifes application for ILR, and she is due to travel end of August. Looking at the timelines, most people are getting a response within 4-5 weeks.

Am I still able to travel whilst this application is being processed, its to an EU country.

If not, can I do anything to get permission from the HO or put this on hold?

In 2031 you were applying for a spouse visa from Pakistan? How does your wife qualify for ilr?

No,if you travel out of the UK,the application will be considered withdrawn and you lose the fee paid.

You just have to wait unfortunately.

It's a basic thing (baring an emergency) to put aside any thoughts of travelling/holidays when having an immigration application even during normal times not to talk of present situation with unpredictable and non adherence to their own SLA.
The headache and anxiety stemming from it not worth it.As said by MOD, you just have to wait.
