Wife on Dependant visa and I need to apply for ILR

I entered UK in September 2018 and will be applying for Ilr in August, my wife entered UK in 2019 January but her Visa is expering in September 2018 as they gave visa till mine. Can she still apply for Ilr?

Skilled Worker and dependents qualifying period starts from initial visa ISSUE date and NOT the date of entry to the UK.
