Question about employment

Am applying for naturalisation, and abit stack on employment question, should I tick both director and self-employed box or director only.
2nd my passport was stamped exit year wrong instead of 09,/09/2018 it was stamped 09/09/2019. 2019 I never travelled outside UK. How will I deal with that.

Hi I am not sure is there any employment question any more. Last year in July they amended the online form. I did apply last year online and I wasn't ask about employment.
