Is biometric required for ILR. And if required can be it be re-used from last visa application?
Thanks

Biometrics are required for ALL applications you make. Whether you can use the IDV app or have to attend in person varies.

Thanks CR001,

Another question about absence letter my employer.

One of my old employer denied such letter with absence detail. Only provided te employment letter with start and end date. HR said its not required from old employer and required from just current employer. Is this correct?

You don't require a letter from an old employer. You only need one from your current employer.

Payslip and bank statement date

Post by amit2453 » Fri Aug 18, 2023 10:48 pm

Hi,

Can I submit my application on 22 August and payslip and statement generated on 25 August. Or they have to be before the date of submission?

Also in my current employment I have never been to out of UK and employer has mentioned same that I have never been to out of UK during this employment. Is this enough regarding absence?

Thanks

No they should be dated within 28 days of your application date. Sponsor does not need to confirm any date of absence
