Immigration rule for dependant children

Post by basha87 » Tue Jul 25, 2023 5:29 pm

Hi,

Am living in UK on a tier 4 visa and my son is in tier 4 - student dependant visa. Since it’s holiday for my son, am planning to send him to India for a vacation with my friend who lives in the same city. My son will travel along with my friend and return with him after couple of weeks. So just wanted to check would there be any legal issue or would he be stopped at the border security while retiring back. Thank you

You/parents need to give authority to friend to take your son out of country.
