High Potential Individual visa

Hi Zimba & others,

I have a question regarding the High Potential Individual visa, please. If the major is ranked top 10 internationally, would that be acceptable to meet the visa’s requirement?

Hello Ahmad199,

The guidance does not make any reference to any specific majors. The requirement is that you must have been awarded a degree in the last 5 years from a top global university mentioned in the list https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -list-2022. What this means is that if your university is on this list that should suffice. If your university is not on the list then you do not meet the requirement in the guidance.
