ILR BRP expiry

Hi Everyone,
i had my IRL( Residence permit card ) in feb 2014 as a british citizens spouse ,The card has an expiry date which is feb 2024.I had tried quite few times to pass Life in the uk test but unfortunately failed :(
now this is the right time to apply for a renwel.but i cant seems to find the right link or the application form
i would appriciate if someone can guide
