issue with Form16

Hi All,

Is it ok to submit the Form16 (Tax proof document) which is print out recieved as digitaly signed .?

it wont have any manual signs and stamp , coz there is circular that digitaly signed documents cant be manually signed??

guys ... at this point of time can u use from 16 to claim points of previous earnings .. 15 months before now is sep'07 ?

how will u use latest form 16(2007-2008) , which will be for the period april'07-mar'08 ?

To Claim the points of previuos earnings ....its recommended to submit the original Tax documents even thought in policy guidence , its mentioned that Pay Slips and Bank Statement is sufficient to claim points ....but its general recommendation to submit the IT documents as well to further solidify your application....

Regarding the period after apr-08 , its already discussed in one of the thread in this forum , you can get some suporting letter from your employer or you can get the tax statement from some charted accountant
