Start-up to Innovator accepted of one co-founder

I just got rejected for an Innovator founder visa on the grounds of the business not being active and trading, We fell short of 20 points. We have the endorsement letter for the next 2 months. Is it possible to show trading activity for the best 2 months and then apply again? Does it work like this?

And why did your business not class as trading? Have you produced the product in the period of startup visa?

I applied for an innovator visa from a start-up, But my application got rejected and my co-founder's application got accepted. I have applied for admin review, do you think his submitted evidence when to be used to make a decision on my admin review application?

What are the reasons for refusal?

You cannot add additional evidence to admin Review. The review will only look at what your submitted with your application and determine whether UKVI has made an error. Admin review is not an appeal.

My reason for refusal was business was not active and trading it was an error that I mentioned in an email saying that we do not have sales on the new business plan due to general confusion but we did have sales in the previous business plan.


My co-founder showed details from previous business and he has progressed well.

Do you think if he gets accepted, My chances of getting accepted in admin review are higher?

Do evidence given by one co-founder is in any way considered or seen for making a decision on another co-founder?
