HSMP to Tier 1 extension - Non JR

Hi,

My current leave expires in Feb. However I would be travelling to my home country in end of January/beginning feb for attending a marraiage.

Hence I am planning to apply in the last week of December. What documents I need to submit for HO to consider my early application (i.e. roughly 8 weeks before current expiry).

Please advise,
