Volunteer work while on FLR(m)

My wife is currently on the second leg of her 5 year plan to ILR. She has been asked to help volunteer at a local charity, and I was wondering if this is allowed or if this would create an issue when she goes to apply for ILR.

She currently works full-time, but this would be with her spare time.


Any help would be appreciated.
