Naturalisation certificate returned to sender

Hey everyone,

It looks like AnPost tried to deliver my naturalisation certificate but I wasn't home and it has since been returned to sender.

Its been 14 days since AnPost returned the post to them. I've tried sending two emails already but nobody has contacted me regarding the returned post.

Any ideas? What's supposed to happen now? :/

That's a pickle - they might not be following the certs (and mail is probably handled by someone else but caseworkers).

Send an email to citizenshipinfo@justice.ie explaining the situation - that's the best you can do I'm afraid. Maybe put something like "certificate returned to sender" in the subject line?

Why you didn't collect by yourself? How long you was absent? A week?
