Proof of Recidence Doctor/Hospital attendance record

Post by lamin0192 » Sun Sep 03, 2023 9:08 am

Hi everyone

I will be very grateful for your help.
In the spreadsheet scorecard for proof of recidency "Doctor / Hospital attendance record" is 25 points for an adult, does this mean that a proof can be a normal visit to GP in your area OR it require a higher level like treatment center with hospitalization and bood tests..?

And another thing is in the spreadsheet scorecard for proofs "Doctor / Hospital attendance record" and "Dog or Fishing License" are considered as evidence of residency, but in the Citizenship Guidance Document are NOT even mentioned as evidence. Could you explain this discrepancy?

The current list of residency and identity proofs are listed in the Citizen Guidance Document that you mention. (www.irishimmigration.ie/wp-content/uplo ... cument.pdf) It doesn't reference examples like Doctors attendance or Fishing licence as they stopped being valid proofs in May of 2023.

Any reference (including the excel spreadsheet titled Scorecard) listing documents such as Doctor attendance record or Fishing Licence is now outdated, and replaced by the Guidance document above since May 2023. Any links still pointing to any document list created before May 2023 are also outdated, ignore them. Sending in things like a Fishing Licence or Doctors attendance record will see your application pulled out of the processing queue while you are sent a request for the current documents.
