It seems most Passport Cards are done a week or two after the passports.
Mine look like they were done within a couple of days and it appears they were mailed together.
(different tracking numbers, I am assuming different packages)
It looks like I might see them arrive at my house on the same day.

UPDATE: received another email over 1 week after expected date that additionnal documents are required even though all provided twice, called them up and they confirm they have everything and told me to keep an eye on the tracker over the next week to see if it updates

Just thought I'd post my timeline. I didn't find this site for a while but there has been some really valuable information on here, about when to wait and when to contact people. Also what peoples experience in sending information in.
