No TB test centre in Bahrain

Good Morning everyone, I need some advice or information please, My sister is dual national Pakistan and Bahrain(Arab) national. she submitted student application and Home Office asking for TB test because she been recently to Pakistan 2 months ago but in Bahrain there is no Approved TB test centre by Home office list country. so we just need some information please what should we do in this situation ? thanks in advance

1. Check any of the other Gulf states that has approved TB test centre
2. Contact and ask HO on how to proceed on this.
