Sponsorship License

Post by FrenchTim » Sun Aug 27, 2023 3:15 pm

Please who is familiar with adding an employer sponsor license for a tier to an existing one? If a company already has a license but needs to apply for a license for another tier e.g. skilled worker visa, is the 8 weeks timeline applicable for the standard application?
Thanks in advance.

Please provide details. What licence does the company have and what do they want to add to it?

Thank you for your response. Sorry for the delay. Just seeing this. Had issues logging in. They have an existing license for global mobility visa. They applied for a skilled worker visa license about 7.5 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back.

I think adding a route to a sponsor licence is treated as a new licence application the processing being 8 weeks. You can check this by ringing 0300 123 4699. They won't ask any personal or business details.
