Here is my scenario.
I am switching my skilled work visa from one employer to another. I am going to put resignation once I attend my biometrics. This is a priority route and means that I should receive the decision in 5 working days.
The next employer wants me to join the company immediately after I get my BRP.
The current employer has a policy of 1 month notice period from the date of resignation.
So considering this is it ok if i have some days say 15-20 days of overlap in both the companies?
so my start date in the next company may be September 25.
My last date in the current company may be October 15.----> Note that I dont have any active assignments with the current company
Is that ok?
