Urget ILR dependent

Post by HazMaz » Mon Sep 18, 2023 2:33 pm

Hi all,
I am really in desprite need for help here.
I am on ILR (received it a week ago). I have got my ILR based on tier 2 route. I start with my first sponsor 2 years and then switched job to second sponser for 3 years. my dependents are on the first visa (less than five years). Now, my dependents will need six more months to be eligiable to apply for ILR. My question, if I left my job, will this affect thier dependent visa? if yes, what shall I do?

Many thanks

No, why would it ?? You have ILR now and you are no longer a sponsored worker. Their visa depends on your status. Your job status is not relevant anymore. You are free to live and work without any restriction and your dependants can extend their existing visas, if needed
