Applying for Citizenship

I want to apply for citizenship and I need some help.
I came to Uk as a Student in 2008 .
I claim asylum in 2012 ,August 30 .
My Asylum was refused and was served with IS151A (illegal entry ,verbal deception) on 30/08/2012.
I got married in September 2013 with Eu national. I have PR from 2018 .

My application would refused if I applied before 10 years past on good character ground .Now it's 10 years of my legal marriage. Can I apply for Naturalisation ?

My other question is I was married on 20 September 2013 but Home office grand visa in March 2024 (i applied for Residence card in August 2013 and informed Home Office that our marriage is on 20th September. My 10 years for good character start from the day of marriage or after grand visa ? I know there is some changes to good character.
