ILR SET(o) question

Post by sampath.nagarajan » Thu Sep 07, 2023 9:50 pm

Hi All,
quick question for my wife's ILR application.
1. I don't know my GWF or VAF details. is it ok to say no? only found the UKVI reference but system won't allow it
2. Also I have changed jobs since I got ILR and don't know the sponsorship licence number. have the COS/CAS details but again it is asking specifically for a licence number. is it ok to say no again?
will that be a problem with her application?
3. she came to UK in March 2016, renewed tier 2 dependent Visa in oct 2017 and then in oct 2020.
current visa expires in oct 2023. Believe there is no need to wait for 28 days before current visa expiry?
4. planning to use the last 5 years (Aug 2018 to Aug 2023) as the qualifying period.
  • Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Answer Yes as the her visa was extended in oct 2020?
  • Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Answer yes because she spent 4 months in India for maternity?
As always thanks a lot for the help.
Best Regards,
Sampath

1. Ignore them
2. Ignore it, it has no relevance to her application
3. Visa expiry is irrelevant. It is within 28 days of completing the 5-year period (the earliest date of eligibility). She seems to qualify already
4. Correct

LIUK test?

Therr is no financial requirement and she doesn't need proof of employment. Her employment is irrelevant for ilr.

You only need her passport and brp, your pasaport bio page, English B1, liuk, and TWO years evidence of cohabitation from 3 to 6 sources spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

Unsure why you are submiting so much, it is not necessary or required.
