I got a mail for IHS topup around 8 weeks after applying dependent visa for my husband and daughter and it was paid on the same day. It has been more than 1 month since i paid IHS top-up, but still i din't get any decision. Will it usually take this much time? Any approximate timeline from someone recently faced this situation would be really helpful. Is there a way to contact home office and give a push if my application is left unattended?

All you can do is exercise patience and wait for the Issuance or decision on the application. Check various time line threads, none is set in stone.
