FLR FP with a Child Abroad Help

Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am on my 2nd extension of FLR FP however i have a child abroad age 15yrs and was wondering if there is any visa for him to come join his siblings here.

I have looked everywhere online and couldn’t find an answer. I hope someone here will be able to help.

Hi, my FLR FP is based on Parent of child born and raised here in the uk for over 7yrs.

My 2nd born was born here in the uk he is now 14yrs, my 1st born is the one abroad now 15yrs old. I have 3 children here in the UK and 1 abroad whom was born before incan to the UK.

The Child abroad has 3 siblings(all born in uk) here.

The other parents of the child abroads whereabouts are unknown she left us when he was 6months old. Since then the child has been looked after by parents whom are very old at now and are struggling to care for him.

Hi, This has been resolved now. And our stays has been sorted but i have my 1st born abroad and wish for him to join us.

I think you are likely to struggle with a route that would allow your child from another relationship to join you when you yourself are on a dependent visa of a British child.

Dependent visa holders themselves can not gather dependent visa rights for those outside the linkage of your own visa. So your first born is not a dependent of those that give you the right to remain.

I don’t know what your relationship is with the other parent of the British children, if it is subsisting then adoption of the first born is a possibility. If not subsisting then I can’t see a visa route that covers these circumstances.
