Skilled Worker Terminated

I am here to find out what happens to the visa status if a skilled worker has been terminated by the employer. Does the worker(employee) get some time as grace period to find new employer and switch visa?

Any Homeoffice or UKVI links will be helpful.

UKVI is supposed to send a curtailment letter, after which worker has a 60 day period to find another sponsor.
