FIN 7.1. The most recently dated piece of financial evidence must be dated within 31
days before the date of application.

****1027 dated 01/07/2023 however as you applied on 07/08/2023 this falls outside
the 31 day submission window for financial evidence.
As you have submitted no further financial evidence I am not satisfied that you have
achieved 10 points under paragraph 6.1 of Appendix Student and meet the
requirements to be granted entry clearance under the Student Route.
I therefore refuse your application under paragraphs FIN7.1 of Appendix Finance and

On the basis of what caseworking error have you applied for an AR?

Did they make e a mistake and your statements were actually dated on or after 7 July, not 1 July? Or did they get your date of application wrong and it was on or before 1 August?

AR is not prioritised for students, there is little prospect of receiving a decision before your course start date.
