E-Vetting refused

I want to aware all members that we got email :

Dear ...? When completing the Vetting process, all areas of the form must be completed in full. The County of your residence was not completed in the required field. As a result of the above detail being omitted from your form, your Vetting application has been deemed Ineligible. Please revisit the original link issued to you and complete a new vetting application in order to progress to the next stage of processing

So we didn't write our County because we thought Eircode is now enough and wasn't specific field for fill in County.
