It should not negatively impact the application.Wandra wrote: ↑Tue Oct 03, 2023 8:29 pmHi,
I’m a British citizen sponsoring my husband on spouse visa. We recently extended his spouse visa and I’m currently in India with my baby (British citizen) for a family visit and my husband came for a month holiday and he is now back to UK for work.
I will be staying in India for 192 days and my question is will it affect my husband ILR application, as I’m (spouse/sponsor ) away from UK for longer period?
Will Home office will doubt our intention to stay permanently together in UK and refuse our future application?
Thank you
