Its sad 😢 bcoz of this i cant do nice jobs
I cant get loan for study
Struggling to get mortgage

Having loads of issues

I am able to get allowed to public funds but why not loans
Why not nice jobs

If i tried police they cant bcoz of status homeoffice i cant bcoz of status

Army cant they need 3 yr visa

I am ending up with normal jobs or texi job which is sad i cant find a way

I am burning from inside cant do anything

Public funds are under the control of the government. Personal loans or mortgages are mostly provided by private lenders. They set their own criteria for such grants within the framework of law and have their own risk assessment profile. Sometimes they may view people with limited leave to remain as higher risk but I know people who got mortgages without settled status. If you have a poor credit score or low income, your chances are lower for approval.

Hi are their any 5 yr route for family life visa
Was asylum seeker from 2013 to 2023
3 kids born in Uk
Asylum appeals exhausted
We go for fresh claim elder son was 7 ye old we apply on his behalf got visa 2and half year when he is 8 year old
We are on 10 year route

My son is going to be british in march are we able to switch 5 year route instead of 10 year when he is british

Please any option let me know would be grateful thnks

You were told a while ago that your kids being British on their own don't allow you to get a 10 year route, only if you have sole responsibility
