Complex Health Care Visa Dependents Query

Hi All will be grateful for advice
Hi I'd like to know if dependent visa would be sucessful
My brother was married in the UK 2016 held spouse visa, the marriage dissolved in 2016 and he left the UK returned to Pakistan
He married in Pakistan in 2018 to a Kyrgyz national
They had a daughter born 2013 at that time they were not married and he was unaware he had a child
His wife now has a health care assistant visa for UK , would there be any issue in his dependent visa and their daughter's? Im thinking as she was born 2013 and they only married 2018?
They are applying together from Pakistan

Is the father's name on the child's birth certificate? Was his wife married to another man when the child was born?

Never been married to anyone else
