Query regarding Renunciation application form

Hi,

I am about to submit the Renunciation application form and came across the below question in the form

"THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH/REASONS DUE TO WHICH APPLICANT INTENDS TO ACQUIRE FOREIGN CITIZENSHIP AND RENOUNCE INDIAN CITIZENSHIP"

What do you people suggest to write here. Any suggestions?

I am yet to attend the appointment. In my application, i wrote the below:
VOLUNTARY RENUNCIATION OF INDIAN CITIZENSHIP. ACQUIRED
BRITISH CITIZENSHIP BY NATURALISATION APPLICATION PROCESS.

It is mentioned on the website (https://indiancitizenshiponline.nic.in/Renounce) that the following need to be uploaded as part of the online application.

- Indian Passport including expired ones (Please upload both front page and bio page of the passport)

I am assuming the bio page is the one with photo, name, dob, date of birth, date of issue etc. Does this mean the back pages of the passport showing parents' name, address etc don't need to be uploaded?
