Kids British Citizenship Question

Post by aby00156 » Thu Oct 19, 2023 9:27 am

My son was born in India.
He got his ILR in 2019. I want to apply for his citizenship now.
Does the time spent outside the UK rule apply to child applications aswell ?
Does he also have to prove that he was in UK 5 years before the date of application ?
What documents do I need to provide for his application?
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

What documents do I need to provide for his application? The guidance lists what documents our required.

Note MN1 is registration as British citizen which has it's own requirements compared to adult naturalisation.
