Q 7.15 in Application Form for Tier 1 Dependant (VAF10 Form)

Hi,

I came to UK on work permit (sponsored by my Indian company). I have changed my visa to Tier1 (General). Now, I wish to apply for Tier1 Dependant visa for my dependants in India.

Q 7.15 of the VAF10 form: What is the main applicant's certificate of sponsorship number?

In my work permit (given earlier by my company), I see a worker reference number. Do I need to mention this no. in Q 7.15

My confusion is that, since I have changed my visa status to Tier1, will this number be valid or do I need to get a new number from my company?

I have not yet informed my company of my new visa status.
