Tier 1 Dependent - how to register at a GP

Post by knigh7 » Mon Dec 15, 2008 3:37 pm

Hi,

I am on a Tier one visa, my wife got her dependent visa recently and has been in the UK for a month. I called my GP and they told me that she has to wait 6 months before they would register her? is this true?

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,
Ahmad

See also How do I register with the NHS when I move to England? Some GP surgeries may impose a six month condition, while others do not.
