Hi

My name is ron I've been reading a lots of forum in this site, i have a question i hope someone can help me,my wife holding t1 entrepreneur visa, sice 2019 and aprroved extension last year 2023 and im her dependant with my 10 year old son was born in the UK.

Apparently we are all due to apply ILR next year may 2024, business is good,and we all got the 2 full time job for 2 employees for 12 months, but the landlord of the restaurant were the business is operating want to increase the rent and we cant afford that, landlord told us to leave with short notice untill the end of the month,i know that he can give us like 3 months notice.. my wife and i start looking for a new place to move i dont know how long it will take to find a good place, will the ILR application will effect bec no business operating at the moment while we r looking for a new place? But my wife will still director of the business.

Pls enlighten me.. thank you
