Case Worker needs documents

Hello Dears,

My family member got skilled work visa. She applied her kids visa. Case worker sent email and said “ You have submitted a birth certificate which was registered on 3 November 2023. This is 15 years after your date of birth.

Please confirm why there was a delay and what evidence your parents were required to provide in 2023 in order to register your birth.

Please also provide any further documentary evidence of your relationship with mother….. and father …… that you wish to be considered in support of your application.

She actually lost kids birth certificates and she applied for new in November. When she got she submitted with visa applications.

What can be the solution now especially to provide further documentary evidence of relationships with mother and father?
Already she has provided family registration form with the attesting stamps of foreign affairs.

What were the documents or evidence presented to obtain the new birth certificate...police report, court attestation or declaration of missingdocuments etc? Any copy of the lost birth certificate that you can provide?

Actually they went Suadia Arabia last year for religious purpose. They had all travel documents with them.
When the came back to home country. Their one Luggage was lost. They reported to PIA (Airline) but did not get luggage.
They had lost of luggage report/Receipt. They used that report/Receipt with Kids Education Certificates which show the birth date. They also used Hospital letter (which confirms the sister admission and discharge date after both kids birth. They used that documents for new Birth certificates. There is no requirement to report to police or obtain court letter for it.
They just reported to the relevant department that certificates are lost and need new especially for the immigration purpose (For visa application).

Submitted all documents which prove original birth date and relation to parents. Again one mistake. In explanation we mentioned Luggage in flight was lost in December 2022 but it was in March 2023. Provided Report documents. Does it make any impact although required documents fulfil the requirement and explanation.

You are worrying about inconsequential things. Major thing required of you provided; that should settle it.

Can case worker go to other documents or information after having additional documents/information or case worker will have to decide after having been addressed the key points which he raised for additional documents?
